Meet Ron Huber, REALTOR®, ABR®, CLHMS®, CRS® & Team Managing Director

Ron began selling real estate over 10 years ago after being unfulfilled by working in the accounting and finance industry. Since the start of his career, he has been recommended and recognized by his peers and clients for a job well done and his contagious enthusiasm. 

Ron's clients choose to work with him for his ethics, full service approach, experience and unique expertise. He has honed his skills to bridge the gap between the emotional aspects of real estate and the important financial considerations that people must make when buying or selling a home.

Ron's commitment to education and professional development have awarded him the following designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist - This designation is only awarded to individuals that have met specific sales performance criteria with residential volume that ranks in the top 10% for their market area (CLHMS),  At Home with Diversity designation (AHWD), and the Accredited Short Sale Designation from Harris Real Estate University (ASSD).

Terri is an exceptionally valuable part of the team's day-to-day business operations. Terri sees to it that all of Carol's clients receive prompt, courteous, professional service when the need arises. It is also Terri's responsibility to coordinate all showings, feedback, and closings. While this description only covers a small fraction of the facets to her position, she is an essential part of ensuring both Carol and the team's overall success.

Charity brings with her over six years of business and customer service experience, as Sales & Design Consultant at Roach & Zeigler in Zelienople, PA. Her experience, enthusiasm and attention to detail will provide our clients with a valuable resource in the buying or selling process. 



Meet Sarah Anderson, Personal Assistant & Brand Manager for Ron Huber

Sarah is responsible for the day to day operations of Ron's business. She oversees Ron's social media presence/brand and helps to coordinate that numerous details involved in a real estate transaction. Thanks to Sarah's previous experience working in the insurance industry, she understands the value of providing exceptional customer service to Ron's clients and developing solutions to enrich their experience. Sarah enjoys implementing new technologies and innovative marketing techniques that benefit our clients.
