Ron began selling real estate over 10 years ago after being unfulfilled by working in the accounting and finance industry. Since the start of his career, he has been recommended and recognized by his peers and clients for a job well done and his contagious enthusiasm. 

Ron's clients choose to work with him for his ethics, full service approach, experience and unique expertise. He has honed his skills to bridge the gap between the emotional aspects of real estate and the important financial considerations that people must make when buying or selling a home.

Ron's professional designations include: Accredited Buyer Representative, At Home with Diversity designation, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, member of the Luxury Home Council and holds an Accredited Short Sale Designation from Harris Real Estate University. 

Ron has served his location association as a director, treasurer and president. Additionally, Ron has also served as a director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®.



Meet Terri Dixon, Licensed Assistant 

Terri is an exceptionally valuable part of the team's day-to-day business operations. Terri sees to it that all of Carol's clients receive prompt, courteous, professional service when the need arises. It is also Terri's responsibility to coordinate all of the marketing efforts, showings, feedback, and closings. While this description only covers a small fraction of the facets to her position, she is an essential part of ensuring both Carol and the team's overall success.

Charity brings with her over six years of business and customer service experience, as Sales & Design Consultant at Roach & Zeigler in Zelienople, PA. Her experience, enthusiasm and attention to detail will provide our clients with a valueable resource in the buying or selling process.
